ERROR "curl_exec: couldn't connect to host" when apache firewalled (4 replies)

I get this error in "Plugins" section in "Settings". This is happened because firewall has blocked apache and outgoing connection to piwik host.

Maybe we need to use "if" function for proper checking for this error?
