How to exclude "foreign" visitors (2 replies)

Hi all,

I am moving to Piwik (from Google Analytics)

Piwik is now showing me too much trafic on my website (related to the traffic registered on Google Analytics). I have discovered that in Piwik if I take into account only Spanish visitors Google visitors equals Piwik visitors (and it has sense because I host an spanish website with a very local content)

On Piwik visit log I see a lot of "visitors" from China and United States which I'm afraid they are not real visitors but "bots" or something else.

I have tried to excude by IP but it doesn't have sense because there are a lot a different and dynamic IPs.

Is there a way to exclude all these "non-real" visitors from Piwik?
