Referring traffic from 1 specific website not showing (no replies)

Hi
I am working with 2 intranet sites and I am having a strange problem where Site A does not show any referring traffic from Site B when looking at any of the page transitions. It does, however, show referring traffic from any other website. And Site B outlink reports do show clicks going out to Site A.
And Site B page transitions do show referring traffic from Site A.

Has anyone else ran into anything like this or know where to start troubleshooting?
I am on Version 1.12
