Hi,
Our high traffic website regularly has more than 500.000 page views per hour on Peak time and 5.000.000 page views each day.
We would like to replace our current tool with Piwik but are wondering what platform will be best to host it.
I was thinking of using 2 Debian Wheezy servers : one for the webserver with Nginx/Php5.5 and APC and the other for the database (MySQL 5.6).
For the servers, I thought of using a Xeon E5-1650v2, 8 GB RAM and Raid1 of 300 GB SSD.
Will it be powerfull enough ?
The volume on SSD will be rapidly full. Is there anyway to move archives to more capacitive storage (eg : Raid1 of 2 NL-SAS 2TB ) ?
Thanks for your help,
Regards,
Fred
