Waht Settings in Mode (Read Only) (no replies)

i introduced Piwik on my test box.

Win 7 with WAMP (Apache : 2.4.4 Mysql : 5.6.12 PHP : 5.4.16 Phpmyadmin : 4.0.4)

I utilized all the defaults, and effectively introduced piwik 2.0.3

In the wake of entering the Piwik web comfort, a can just scan thru Settings menu. I can't change anything, nor include.

On the dashboard, i can't change nothing (date), nor would i be able to search to other dashboard pages.

It would seem that it is in perused just mode.

Additionally when i head off to search for JS code, it seems unfilled.
