Excel + Api = Excellent Analytics? (no replies)

Hello there!

I am looking for an alternative in using Google Analytics with the Excel Plugin "Excellent Analytics" you might know.

As far as I see, Piwik has an API. So it might be possible, to extract Data from Piwik to Excel like the way the plugin for excel does this with Google Analytics.

I am wondering if there is someone out there who would like to do analytics the same way I do - put dimensions and metrics into Excel and turn them around... and has found a way to get Data out of Piwik and into Excel.

Is there a solution to export those Information via Api to Excel?
Does anybody know a (free) or commercial solution?
