Automated Email Reports not being sent (no replies)

Hi all,

PIWIK isn't sending automated emails anymore (we had recently swapped servers). Here is some more information:

1. 'Forgot Password' email is being sent
2. 'Send report now' email is being sent

• We are using PIWIK 2.0.3

If no one replies, we may just upgrade PIWIK to 2.2.0 and see if that fixes the issue.
