Email Reports won't be send (no replies)

Hello,

Piwik does not send configured Email Reports.
A manually triggered transmission is successfull. The mailing is working well.

Via the (old) archive-script I can see that Piwik don't find any scheduled task to execute.

Per archive-Script sehe ich, dass kein Scheduled task gefunden wird.

Via the plugin TasksTimetable i can see that my changes in the Email Report are not applied, maybe immediately.
There are some Tasks like API.sendReport_X but they don't have the required time.

Is it possible to delete unneccessary tasks?
How can I update the Scheduled Tasks manually?
Can I put a request on a shell to get more output?

FYI:
The localtime of the server is correct.
I have no error-entries in the logs.
