Widget with pageUrl Segmentation show different values than the Piwik Dashboard (no replies)

Piwik itself reports totally different numbers than the API/Widget as you can see in the attached screenshots.
Piwik reports 1507 pageviews for the current year and the widget - with pageUrl-Segmentation - shows 145 for the past 12 months..
