Unique visitors not showing when using custom date range (no replies)

We installed PIWIK for a client to migrate away from OWA. Question they have is when viewing a custom date range, unique visitors are not showing even after adding this to the config.

enable_processing_unique_visitors_day = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_week = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_month = 1
enable_processing_unique_visitors_year = 0
enable_processing_unique_visitors_range = 0

Any ideas?
