Load data message (no replies)

Hi,

I have e install Piwik 2.4.0 , the instalation steps are OK, but there is only a mesage data load and the loader.gif
in my dashboard

When will to the admin area , only message "there is a problem with load data...."

before i have installed the previous version , the same issue......

How to fix it?
