Installed LoginLdap, unable to deactive Login (no replies)

I followed all the directions found on the LoginLdap http://code.google.com/p/piwik-ldap/. When I go to deactive the Login plugin I get just a blank white screen. The error that shows up in the firebug console is:

"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://piwik.[mydomain].com/index.php?module=CorePluginsAdmin&action=deactivate&pluginName=Login&token_auth=[long string of hex]"

Can anyone tell me how to disable the Login module? I am happy to provide any additional information if it is helpful.
