How to query peak data of all time? (no replies)

Hello at the forums,

i'm looking for a way to query my piwik installation for the [most page impressions per hour] of all time per site (to gain insights into what product to choose when changing to a new server).

I'm tracking 15 sites with a sum 60k impressions/month.
