I already have a website hosted elsewhere. I wanted to use Piwik for the analytics, but I don’t have my own server. So, I bought a hosting package from Arvixe, as recommended, because it appeared that was my only option. After installing Piwik on the new server, I was informed by Arvixe that I now have to point the name record for my website away from its current host. If I do so, I will lose my website content because with my current site, the content engine is bundled with their hosting package. What are my options?
