Piwik - Detect Traffic - paid clicks/organic/redirect/social (no replies)

Hi,

Please help us in detecting the different types of clicks
- Detect traffic source
1) Paid clicks
2) Organic
3) Redirect
4) Social

Need to know how we can retrieve report with PIWIK on the paid clicks/organic/redirect/social clicks.

We have installed PIWIK in our server(linux). We also need to know more about "Campaign- Paid search"

Its very urgent kindly help us asap.
