Cannot display the whole page title. (no replies)

Dear all,

Please refer the attached figure. when i goto 'Actions->Page titles', it doesn't show the whole page title....

I find the whole title is stored in DB, and this may be caused by some settings or it is a bug? Please kindly advise.,
