index.php gets disappeared within few days periodically :S (no replies)

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is happens because of piwik, but my Debian server just deletes index.php of piwik from filesystem and my wordpress fails which I have integrated to piwik. This is not happens with any other index.php files in other directories. I am not sure how to track debug this as file just gets removed and after its removal I am getting errors because of it. Please advice what could be the reason, I am tired for restoring this index.php every day :D

I use latest version of piwik, wordpress on personal debian server with ispconfig control panel which stand on my refrigerator :)
