Installation Piwik (no replies)

Hello and help.....
Hiers I uploaded to my website (OVH shared hosting) with filezilla binary and the last vestion Piwik.
During the instalation, the first index.php reviews both online error:

Warning: Unexpected character in input: '\' (ASCII = 92) state = 1 in / home / climands / www / piwik / index php on line 40 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING /home/climands/www/piwik/index.php on line 42

Bonjour et au secours.....
Hiers j'ai teléversé sur mon site perso (hebergement OVH mutualisé) avec filezilla et en mode binaire la derniere vestion de Piwik.
Lors de l'instalation, le tout premier fichier index.php revoit les deux ligne l'erreur:
