Real time shows visits, nothing else does after upgrade (no replies)

Hi there, I upgraded our piwik software that tracks our internal intranet sites earlier this month and only peeked at stats today. Which, showed pretty much (well, entirely) zero traffic ever since. However, what's odd is real time visitors DOES show the traffic as it's happening. Any idea where I can look to find out what's wrong? No obvious errors at all showing within Piwik
