Send automatic E-Mails / Reports (no replies)

Hello,
I've got a problem with sending automatic reports per mail in Piwik.
I can send E-Mails manually. I tried to setup a schedule task, which opens ..\xampp\php\php.exe and add the "send report now-link" as optional argument.
I used PHP-Version 5.3.3, Piwik-Version 2.9.1 and send mails with the local mail() function (not with smtp).
Can somebody help me to send automatic reports.
