ip and fqdn tracking at the same time (no replies)

Hello,

I have recently setup the piwik to track one site using its ip address - this was done during the dev phase. Now we went live and site has a FQDN now. Since we switch to the FQDN there are no statistics anymore - only when I access it by ip I can se some statistics.
I was wondering can we change this behavior without affecting the previous settings? Can we track bot the new FQDN address and the ip address access to this site?
