No data received when installing? (no replies)

I have uploaded the files, then created the tmp folder and granted them 777, I refresh the page and chrome then gives me : No data received

I have tried this on 3 different domains using WHM / cPanel.

There are things being added into the tmp folder but it just won't let me install it.

What else can I try?
