Installation error - No data received (no replies)

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Piwik for a client but the installation page only returns "No data received" in Chrome.

I've created a piwik/tmp folder and set all the permissions correctly. I even tried 777.
The Apache error log doesn't show me anything.

I'm not sure how to proceed. Any of you can help me out?
