After upgrading to 2.13.1 Piwik seemed to work properly but I received this message:
/public_html/piwik/libs/Zend/Db/Statement/Mysqli.php(105): Warning - Error while sending STMT_CLOSE packet. PID=611122 - Piwik 2.13.1
This doesn't mean anything to me but may be related to a 500 error message I received when upgrading, even though I always recieve a 500 error message when upgrading yet it still seems to work!
