"View Detailed Visitor Log" Only Works for Admin (no replies)

Hi, there!

When I go to Visitors/Visitor Log without logging in (as an admin) I don't see the username under the date/time stamp in the log. I also don't see "View Visitor Profile" on the right for each entry. However, when I log in as an admin I see all this. Is there some setting that I need to set for other users to see this information? I am running with Piwik 2.13.1.
