Visitor log visitor log export more than 500 rows (no replies)

Hi,

I'm looking to export the visitor log for a date range of approx. 3 months and have read that adding &filter_limit=-1 or &filter_limit=10000

When I do the first option I get a CSV with approx. 80 rows which is about an hour's activity. If I do the latter and the limit value is more than 500 I get an error as follows;

ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

Any ideas?
