Using Proxy Script to Hide URL Shows Incorrect Visitor IP? (no replies)

I've been really having issues showing the correct Visitor IP when using the Proxy Script to Hide the URL as defined here:

[piwik.org]

However, when using this script it still DOES NOT show the correct Visitor IP.

I have tried doing the settings outlined here (http://piwik.org/faq/how-to-install/faq_98/), but still no luck.

It seems to be tracking correctly when I don't use the script.

Any ideas?
