Installation-ERROR: "Check that mbstring.func_overload is set to "0" in php.ini." (1 reply)

I have got a problem, installing PIWIK: At the installation-screen, the message

"The mbstring extension is required to handle multibyte characters in the User interface and API responses. Also please check that mbstring.func_overload is set to "0" in php.ini."

is shown. But: I have configured the calue in my php.ini:
