Hello, i'm using piwik 2.14.2 and tracking my e-commerce made with magento. I'm using the magento extension suggested in the piwik user guide to insert the tracking code and track the product view and the orders, however i see that any of the orders i receive is tracked by piwik, instead i have many abandoned cart. The problem is that whenever a customer add a product to the cart it detect instantly as an abandoned cart instead as an addition to the cart, what could it be that cause the problem?
