Cannot Install Piwik (3 replies)

Hi I downloaded the lastest zip file. I put it on my hosting account. Unzipped the file and then went to my website www.example/piwik. but I am getting a 404 not found. I then created a folder in my hosting and put the extracted piwik in there. Then I try again on my site. www.example.com/newfolder from here i can see the piwik folder but i cannot run it. If i try www.example.com/newfolder/piwik I get 404 not found.

any ideas??
