Custom Variables in Email Report (no replies)

Hello Team,

I have created a custom variable to track the visitor's organisation name. So when I login to piwik, I see a custom variable name as visitor from and under that I see the organisation name and number of visits etc . But when I select email report for custom variable, I am only seeing the custom vairable name but not the values under it. So is there a way around and enable values to get displayed instead of just the custom variable name? By making it flat, I can see both inside piwik but there is no option in email report. Please help.
