Tracking organizational unit of visitors? (2 replies)

Hello

Our company is organized in a strongly hierarchical structure.
There is a need to track the visitors by their organizational unit. I know that there are custom variables, but how can I achieve, that we still have the hierarchical structure in our reports?

The goal is something like this:
