UTC time is incorrect (1 reply)

hi,guys!
I have installed the piwik and the UTC time is incorrect. The displayed UTC time is a bit faster than the correct UTC time.About 15 minutes faster.Why?And how can I fix it?
It does no matter with the timezone, just the UTC time is incorrect.
I have searched faq and the forum,but I did not find what I want.
Please help!Thank you!:)
