Getting error trying to run import_logs.py (no replies)

Hello, I am trying to run piwik for the first time. Looks like a great tool to use.

I have an apache server and want to import the logs into piwik for analysis.

I followed the install instructions and am able to login fine.

I tried to run c:\python\python.exe path/to/import_logs.py without any parameters and am getting the following error. I don't know python. Can anyone advise? Thank you
