Hi All
Does anyone know if Piwik has the ability to match order IDs to the click path of channels that assisted in a conversion?
I'm looking for this functionality in either the interface, the API or both.
For example:
User A comes to the site through google / organic first, then leaves.
User A then comes to the site through the newsletter, then leaves.
User A then comes to the site through Direct, and buys something with transaction ID 1234.
How can I match transaction ID 1234 against it's click path, Google Organic > Newsletter > Direct?
I would want to be able to do this on mass with all orders to the site.
I'm not a Piwik user yet but I'm considering it for an ecommerce platform I work with, and whether or not it has this functionality will help me determine if I should go ahead with the implementation or not.
Any advice would be most appreciated. Feel free to ask for further detail if I haven't been clear enough.
Best,
Trill
