"keyword not defined" + wrong country (no replies)

Hi all, since updating I am seeing something I never even seen before "keyword not defined" - and alot of it.

Also the countries are wrong, showing USA mostly. I have been reading and changed the guess country to 0 and it's still the same issue.

Also tested google search logged in or out of google, still the wrong country and "keyword not defined" - it never did this before.

I've read a few others having this issue, please help. I tried a compete reinsall and new databases and it's exactly the same :-(
