Cannot see current Data in PIWIK after MySQL data root directory change. (no replies)

Hi,

We are using PIWIK for a large website and MySQL database server. i recently changed MySQL Data root directory from C dive to D drive and from then i cannot see the current data on PIWIK. We use automated task for PIWIK archiving. after the data root directory change i can see the old data but not the data after i change it. But i still see the ibdata file in MySQL growing currently. Please suggest what might have went wrong?
