Multiple subdomain User Access Managment (no replies)

Hi There,

I am going to run a Piwik platform for a university website. They have a CMS with a main domain and thousands of sub-domains. Is it possible to use a default tracking code for the whole website (One Domain/Several Sub domains) but restrict user access to the sub-domains they own using API?
