General_ExceptionConfigurationFileNotFound Installation Error (no replies)

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install a fresh copy of Piwik on a server running Ubuntu 14.01. On the first page I am getting the error "General_ExceptionConfigurationFileNotFound"

Please help
