Error running automatic update to 2.4.1 (no replies)

I attempted to run the automatic update from v.2.2.2 to v 2.4.1 and received this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 78 bytes) in /home/bizweban/public_html/pwa/vendor/leafo/lessphp/lessc.inc.php on line 1721

Any help is appreciated.
