Not tracking "outside" visitors (no replies)

For some reason my piwik stopped recording visitors to my server from any host that is not the local host.
If I open a browser on the server that has the web site and piwik installed, the clicks get tracked.
If I connect from any other host, my laptop in the office, my laptop at home, etc., I get no tracking.

Any thoughts on this?
