IIS Log Import To No Avail (no replies)

I have been trying very unsuccessfully to import IIS logs. Piwik creates the tables in MySQL but no data has been inserted. There is either a fatal error or the import script just says 'invalid lines'.

I have reasd all the topics on this and suggestions and nothing has worked.

I have attached screenshots and also the two log files that were being processed.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
