Segmenting By Minute (no replies)

I note it is possible to segment visitors by :

visitLocalHour and visitServerHour

I would like to ask if it is possible to be slightly more granular than this, possibly by 30 minutes or 15 minute segments?

For example with Google Analytics you can get a break down of visits by minute, or similar, the time of each visit in a specified hour.
