Report don't work (no replies)

Hello!

Sience 3 Weeks create/send Piwik v2.6.1 no Reports (HTML/PDF) per Mail. I click on Download manually, nothing happens.
When i change the Email settings manually from local mail to locally SMTP Mail Server, nothing happens...

I this a bug or my Error?
