getting actions while segmenting on events (no replies)

Hello,

I have created a segment that shows all users who triggered a certain event action. When i view this segment, i can see visits and users visiting pages through the real time widget.

The issue is that if i go to the actions menu in piwik, there are no actions listed. Is this a bug, or am i missing something? This doesnt appear to be a caching issue as the segments are set to process in real time.
