Administration and UserName/Menu (Settings, Email reports etc.) not accessible in Piwik 2.11.1 (no replies)

Hi,

my global settings:

PHP Version 5.4.35
Piwik 2.11.1

After updating to Piwik 2.11.1 I can log in but I have trouble to access some major pages.

Some of the main menu links like "Administration" and "UserName > Email reports", "UserName > Settings" are not accessible. If I got to the links I get an error message like this:

Template "@CoreHome/_userMenu.twig" is not defined () in "@Morpheus/layout.twig" at line 38.

I did delete all stuff in the tmp folder, no difference.
