Installation Database Setup Error : [HY000] [2002] Connection refused (2 replies)

Hi there,

My name is Fabien, I want to test for the first time Piwik on my website (portfolio) as I am an Artist.
I am honestly a noob I know only html and Css.

Anyway everything look easy for installation but I Can't pass the Database Setup.

I created MySQL database on my host (1&1), and I get this:

Nom de la base de données/name of the database : db567685279
Nom du serveur de la base de données/Name of the database server : db567685279.db.1and1.com
Port : 3306
Nom d'utilisateur/User Name: dbo567685279
Description : MySQL_Piwik
Version : MySQL5
Etat : configuration initiée

So I try in different way (see attachment) but I get this error :
Error while trying to connect to the database server:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

So I try with the help of a guy (by phone) from my host, and is look that the problem is not from my database.
my password have "_" "Letter", "number" and "." it's a problem ?
