Error on Visits per local time report (no replies)

Hi

I selected a date range; I navigated to Times section then just switched the report to tabular format. At times, I see strange data there. Attaching screenshot of the same. This happened many times but not always. It was not getting reset to right data even after a couple of refresh/clearing caches etc.
I am using piwik 2.12.1 version.
