Hi when I check my installed piwik
I see
Sunday 31 May 2015 - 14:45:43 (14s) United States, Provider Fibertel Internet Explorer 11.0, Plugins: flash, java Windows 7, 1600x1024 - IP: 190.247.197.204
But this ip is from outside USA ( checked by other geolocators and even with a traceroute )
Same happesn with some IP from SouthAfrica ....
Note : the host is a red hat cloud one,so maybe the page detects some kind of proxy from the openshift server
