Error Message Piwik 1.12 (no replies)

Hello everybody,

I am complete new to how Piwik works. However I just configured it on my website and in the Dashboard at the Piwik.org Blog I get this message displayed

There is an error. Please report the message (Piwik 1.12) and full backtrace in the Piwik forums (please do a Search first as it might have been reported already!).

Does anyone know what should I do? Am I using an old version ? Because I installed it from my host provider given that they offered to install it.
